Baggage
Clothing is our baggage, our packaging. We are incapable of knowing whether or not it is what is protecting us from the world or perhaps it is what’s holding everything inside.
The footwear for my graduate collection was done in collaberation with Moran Zur. They were inspired by patten overshoes combined with geta sandals as an homage to upwards mobility with details taken from steamer trunks from the late 19th century.
